Default Electric super?

anyone know anything about these electric supers out there?? i cant afford real FI. is it a good buy? and will i really get 50 hp out of one. if it makes a difference i drive a 4 cyl 98 accord f23a.

you'll get nothing out of it... complete waste of time and money...

best bet is to just start saving up money for a real turbo.

dude, seriously....stop being such a newb basher all the time....

no, those electric superchargers cant spin fast enough to create enough suction power to do anything....in some cases, they will actually limit the car's power, as at higher RPMs, they may restrict air flow

Its a pretty legit question, especially since these companies actually advertise in SCC and other big time mags

if it could spin fast enough you would need to run a ton of batteries or an extension cord to a local power station to keep it spinning for more than a few seconds.

power consumption would be HUGE!

anyways real fi is the only way to go... hang out and search as much as you can about proper nitrous use, kits, etc. and then spend that 500 more wisely on a small shot of giggle gas.
