brake line replacement

Default brake line replacement

im going to upgrade my brake system on my 00 si. im getting brembo blanks all around and axxis MM pads. im going to get some stoptech ss lines. my question is, should i just replace the front lines only? or should i replace the rear lines also? also..what brake fluid would ya recommend...

Do they even sell just the front? Every kit I've ever seen comes with all 4 lines.

i have the same set up well not blanks but they r slotted and i replaced all 4 lines with steel braided and use the super blue. all in all works pretty good but the lines for the rear brakes r different from the front jus to let u kno.

Edit: also be sure to keep a close eye on ur rotors because the metal masters will put grooves in ur rotors due to the wear of the zinc coating. they put quarter inch grooves in my friends rotors but he switched to organic pads and has no complaints.

lol..ok..i always thought they came in pairs..

i thought the brembo blanks were not coated with zinc..the only ones i hear that are coated with zinc are the brembo that were third party cross drilled or slotted.

u could be rite. i have the slotted rotors and my friend has the combination. even still, im not happy with the pads. dust is a pain in the *** just like all pads but it seems like i have the same ones they use on bmw 3 series sucks

but damn if i had the money, id go endless
