Default Spark Plugs

What kind of spark plugs are you guys running in your cars? Stock plugs or are you running aftermarket? If aftermarket, what are you using? I'm planning to get some better plugs so I can have a better fuel burn. I was looking at NGK Platinum V-Power. What about the irridum ones are they any good?

I believe NGK BKR6E-11's. They are copper. I change them about every 15k miles and they are about $2/ea.

I use the NGK platinums as recommended by the factory (GSR). Is it safe to run coppers?

Well i want some that will give me a better spark and fuel burn... so I'm not looking for stock parts, and money is no issue when it comes to my cars performance... I'm also looking to get plugs one step colder because i might be adding a zex kit soon...

Yes, it's fine to run coppers. There is no clearance problems with the NGK BKR6E-11 plugs. The only diff is that copper is a better conductor of electricity but they wear out faster, that's why I tend to change them sooner. The Platinums are still good but I guess I'm cheap! hehe! I've been running coppers for about 20k of the 37k miles I have on the GSR.
