I'd get the Comptech tie/sway combo. It has its own subframe reinforcement.

The ITR sway bar is not "ghey" as you put it. If you do a search, you'd read that the ITR sway upgrade is one of the best valued mods you could do to your car. The ITR is a hefty bar at 22mm. A lot of aftermarket bars are only 19mm.

Drilling the subframe is easy. It only took me an hour to install my ITR bar and BSQ kit.

The Comptech system is nice, but it also costs about $370. It only cost me a $120 (including BSQ kit) for the ITR sway system.

lots of people had sucess with oem itr sway and bsq and or beaks kit. No need to spend more on aftermarket, only if you wish.

I just completed a ITR 22mm rear sway bar, with BSQ Kit. Took under an hour. Drilling was no problem, I had a rear tie bar and 12mm stock LS ,and the new 22mm is so much better then both rear tie and 12mm, Now front does not plow at all. Rear is so stiff it is not funny. But I also have ITR trunk bar and JDM ITR rear strut bar. (So could add to stiffness. ) It cost me under $135 shipped for BSQ and full ITR kit. BSQ website has all info. Got parts from Acuracarland, of Atlanta, great prices... Len is a good source as well. I would go with OEM Honda, can not go wrong..

Personally I'm going to get the itr sway bar/bsq kit. It is a bang for the buck suspension mod that gives results like everyone says. I say save your money and go with oem sway bar.

Anyone have pics of the welded nut your supposed to nock out?

its pretty obvious when you get the control arm out of the way and try to fit the backing plate of the mount kit.

ITR sway is the best for the money, and you only have to drill 2 small holes to install it, no big deal.

IIRC, the progress rear sway bar is non-adjustable and 22mm in diamter. I believe it costs about $190 for the kit. For about $130 you can get yourself the ITR sway with the BSQ kit, and it should provide that same performance.

How does the progressive rear sway bar look like? It seems like the RSX one has the reenforcement to the subframe. But I can't find any picture for the Integra one.
