Default LS/vtec Breack in (new used parts)

ok my ls vtec is done all i did was replace the barrings and upgrade the rod studs to ARP. everything else was within sevise spec. how should i break it in, run it hard, ease it in to sumission ???????

pls wanta drive asap,,,

so you didnt mess with the rings?
if you didnt you should not need any break in.
If you like you could drive the car for a little and re-torque the rod bolts

Last time that was done to my car it spun some rod bearings. Put some miles on the bearings before you beat on them, the clearances will loosen up after a few hundred miles.
