First off, this is not a new question ----> https://honda-tech.com/zerosearch and select archived topics. Set aside and hour or three and do some reading.
And also

Driving aggressively is NOT track use!!!!!! It is street jackassery.
Read the forum FAQ. Look at the guidelines and you will notice this forum is not a 'catch-all' for suspension/tire topics. Then look at all the links in the post and read through them.

So your list would be:

Sway bars effectively increase your spring rate. The street kit is 300-400lb range springs IIRC which is probably enough for what you do. If you want to do a rear bar go for it but nothing radical (no more than an ITR or equivalent) or you will find yourself blingin' sideways into telephone poles in the rain since you drive "very aggresively through corners".
Understeer is safe. The more rear rate you have the more oversteer you achieve.
Plus - the ladieZ will never see the swaybarZ under your car so they won't be turned on by them.
As for tires - Neither Azenis or the Kumhos are worth a **** for drifting so stay away from both.
