I'm considering replacing stock shocks and was planning on getting Koni Yellows until I drove my friend's GSR (Koni Yellow w/ITR springs) and found the front shocks were a bit 'soft' on the stiffest setting... I like Tokico Illuminas, but want more adjustment options.

I just 'learned' about Tokico HTS which is micro adjustable and has significantly wider damping force range than Illumina. Does anybody have experience with these ?

 

I know those Tokico HTS shocks are a lot shorter than other shocks out there. I am not sure if they make those HTS for Type R.

 

Not too familiar with the HTS but the illuminas aren't too great.
