Default plugs are white?

I checked out my plugs the other day and they were burnt white.... MOtor is an obd-0 b16a, aebs IM, hondata gasket, 2.5" cat and exhaust. I just installed gsr cams the other day as well.

Now this motor has always run towards the rich side if anything. Then the other day i noticed the plugs were burnt white... installed the cams with new plugs and a week later they look the same. (I took a few pics but coudlnt get a decent shot) Also worthy of noting, i replaced my very low exhaust manifold recently with one that yielded 3 more inches of ground clearance. I couldnt afford o2's at the time, and used the o2s in teh "newer" manifold. I plugged in the first o2 and hardwired the secondary back up....

Does this mean my motor is running lean? or hot? What could be causing this?

hmm white plugs meaning engine running rich isn't it....the plug have white desposite of firing rich fuel....

wat is have to do with replace O2 sensor....? or you just wanna replace a new one, could you mean the O2 sensor is too old and sending insufficient info to ECU causing it to pump more fuel or less fuel ....which causing lean or rich...?

nope, white is lean, black is rich

i dunno, I'd also say try out a new set of O2 sensors, or just tune it the right way

You could possibly be using the improper spark plug heat range...

donno haven't looked, sure there fine... i'm sure u wouldn't be able to notice the change this fast.... but who knows..... i'd say run em for a couple weeks, or just swap em- but don't forget to check and re gap if needed.

Nah, i already gapped and put new ones in...and i can tell in the 4 days that they look the same.

You should check yours and see what they look like after cranking up the fuel...

i cranked up the fuel when i put those new denso's in, the ones i showed u that were in the box on my tool chest, were the old ngk's that i took out that were white. the denso's were fine except #3 looked a little lean... i'll worry about it next year after i rebuild the block. as i said i got a few o2's if d15's work i got prolly 4 or 5 then... we could play w/ them, i know there's a way to test them.... maybe i'll look in my fsm and helms... hmmm maybe i'll print up that jdm fsm too and put it in a binder like u
