Default ECU not at kicker panel

Got a 95 Civic EX VTEC. Took off the carpetting. Looked all around the bare floor panel. Removed the rubber-ish kicker panel, all on the passenger side. Looked under the glovebox. No ECU, just metal.

Rumor has it some models have it under the carpeting under the passenger seat. Possible? Mythbusters?

Pull out the carpet on your pass side, and look towards the wall like you were looking at the door. Its right there covered in its metal cover.

Hangon i know i have a pic.

Sorry dont have a pic.

Remove the seat and look, only 4 bolts to take it out. I HIGHLY doubt that they would move it though. Very highly. It makes no sense to move it, production-wise.
