1993 Honda Civic CX Hatchback w/ B18C1 GSR motor

This is a 93 Civic CX that I'm trying to sell because I dont have time for it. There is something wrong with either the TPS sensor or the IACV, and I dont have the time or money to replace either. I'm just a college student looking for reliable transportation.
1997 GSR B18C1 OBD-1

Type R flywheel
Red AEM cam gears
ACT Clutch
B16 tranny

2000 LS Mesh wheels

All red DIY tails
The ONLY thing wrong with the car is it idles at 3400 rpms. Originally it had a throttle body on that surged up and down from 800-2900, and this one stays steady at 3400. I dont have the time to tinker with this, I just need to get to class and such.
Car must have power steering!
I'd prefer a 96+ HB or 92+ Sedan really whatever will get me to school everyday. I made a mistake aquiring this car and I really dont know enough about hondas to keep it. I'm trying to cut my losses and get a new car.

Oh and I guess if you just want the swap or just want the shell i'll sell either to you if you take them apart.. just dont know how
or if you're local and you think you can fix this problem PM me and i'll pay you to fix it, i dont care what car i have i just want to get to class

40k on engine, 140k on chassis. front driver fender is dented, rest of body is fine. could maybe use paint.. hood was spraypainted to colormatch
interior condition - excellent! seats look new almost. comes with all floor mats. oh and a cd deck that doesnt work very well
