OK, here's the super quick basic rundown!

If your car is manual put it into 2nd or 4th. If your car is automatic drop it to 2 or whatever and pull the e-brake up reguardless.

First remove the steering wheel and turn signal stuff. It'll make everything eisier and I'm pretty sure you have to for that matter. Pop the H off the middle and unbolt the nut. The steering wheel will then slide off. Unhook the harnesses from the turn signal controller then remove the screws and take it off.

Take off the center console. There should be phillipps head screws around the console area, just remove those and pull out the center console.

Take out the glove box. There's 2 screws on the bottom holding that on.

Remove the gauge cluster. There's 2 screws (under plastic covers) on the top of the dashboard by the windshield. Take those out and pull off the gauge cover. Then unhook the wire harnesses in the back of the gauge cluster, unscrew the 4 screws holding it in and take it out.

Now depending on your car there will be various little attachments on the dashboard. All of them pop out. For example the interior light dimmer, the sunroof controls, the rear defrost button. They all pop out and unplug.

Unscrew and remove your radio. Unscrew the climate controls and if yours are electrical, remove it. If they're mechanical let it flop down behind the console. I believe the hacthes were all mechanical so be careful, they break eisier than you think and you can screw up the cables. Just be cautious and you'll be fine.

On the driver's side door... side of the dashboard is the vent director thing. Unbolt and pop that off. Underneath there's a 10mm bolt. Remove that. Do the same thing on the other side.

Where you removed the glove box there's a 10mm bolt towards the passenger side door. Remove that. On the bottom of the center console there's another bolt. Remove that. Over by the coin tray there's another 10mm, remove that as well. On the top of the dashboard, in the center, covered by another plastic peice is the main top bolt take that off.

Now the dashboard should be free except for 2 issues.

01. Unplug the wires from the fuse box that are attached to the dashboard. The dashboard wiring harness is screwed into the dashboard so this is the eisiest way.

02. The fresh air vent is connected to the dashboard with a bicycle-style cable. Get a small flat-head screwdriver and pop that off.

Carefully pull the dashboard out then do a dance . I wrote this in 5 min from memory so if I forgot stuff someone please yell at me.

I feel like I have to say "thanks" for the information since nobody else did. This is what I was looking for.
