Default Anybody with this: B20z CRVTEC into 87 CRX?

I got the parts and a "clean" (and cheap!!) 1987 CRX so prob. gonna take my nice b16a head and put it on that mug.

Any comments or tips about this swap?
Will the stock hood fit with HASport mounts?
Probs with axles, etc.??

Thanks, all

Yea, Fred runs one and has run like 11.50 NA but runs pretty cut down in weight.Maybe check his CRXGuru site....
I am going ahead with this and will try to report on progress with this - mine will be streetable. Am gonna take what b16a stuff and stick it on there.

HASport has mounts (the most expensive) and axles but need knuckles and hubs off 89 Teg. Still do not know about hood tho, and some of the other issues I will try to report on as they come up.

got a b20 block coming next week and will go with the Arias pistons @ 12.5:1 and the Crower rods I got - gonna bore the block over and will B&B the bottom end with Unortho pulley and CM flywheel.Got Quaife and S1 tranny which may not be the best but will hopefully do for now.....
