Default Question about CRX's

Ok before i start, i do own a focus. Im not looking for a flame war, just askin a couple of questions.

A kid around here with a crx has a "ZC" or so he says. Just curious what that is, as he stated his car is slower than his friends 2000 Civic SI with Intake/exhaust.

And i like all cars, including hondas as long as you realize any car can be fast.

(i have the focus about paid off, and may be buying an older civic/crx as a project car, so perhaps ill stick around)

hmmm, those numbers equate to about what my focus originally had stock wise. ZC was an original engine then?

Thats the hp at the crank im assuming.

Yes, crank HP. Those are not stock unless he had a Japanese CRX imported into the USA. They are super cheap ($500+) and one of the easiest swaps into a CRX. Very little to get them inside a USDM CRX.

I might run him sunday night. He said he had a CAI/ZC/Exhaust.

I got Race header (Eliminates the CAT)/Flexpipe/catback/Ported Intake manifold/Throttle/Cai.

Im able to beat up on most of the ricers around here, some, not all of the b16 swaps. Never messed with any of the crx with actual swaps, just the people who tell you "I got an h22" and dont really.
