Default RM M22s VS SKUNK2 Stage 1 pics

My friend recently bought some RM m22s (VTECKIDD) an heres some photos between the 2. An heres what he had to say about them:

I got my M22s in recently from Rocket. AWESOME is all i can say. I took a photo of them next to some Skunk2 Stage 1 camshafts. The differences are obvious. I am real impressed with the design an quality of his cams. I just put them in about 5 min ago, about to go test drive. Ill have numbers soon. enjoy

I dont think you can run those on a stock valvetrain though, with skunk2 stage1's you can...

i just dont understand the basis of this post. its just pictures. hes thinks their "AWESOME" just because they are bigger than the skunk2 stage 1s???
:::shrugs::: makes no sense at all.
"im real impressed with the design an quality of his cams"
:::shakes head:::
i too run RM products but its just the ignorance of what he said thats crackin me up. he would prolly take a look at a crower cam and say the same thing.

^^^^ Exactly. Give us some specs on your engine and what you already have done. It should be tuned with cam gears to get the most out of it. Where do you want your powerband to be?

I doubt any official dynos will be released from Endyn, however, I'm sure any real life dynos will surface as soon as they are released. I am no salesmen, however I am impressed and intregued with the actual innovation that went into these new cams.

No point of me posting any highlights of thread, its better to read the whole thing.

sorry my frienddoes not post any relevant info on these cams just jumps on lol

anyways lemme tell u my thoughts

the low lobe is large on one side, but the other side is small. first glance m akes me think this thing is gonna cause idle issues. kinda looked like a toda B to me and i was also expecting a high vtec xover

i put them in for vtekkidd, and adjusted the valves.

untuned it made a pretty large difference in his car. gave it alot of low end. im guessing 20+ft lbs beofre vtec. he was running b16 cams before. vtec pulls hard all the way to 8k and probably past, but his rev limiter prevented anything else.

all in all i was pretty impressed at the differnce in torque over the stockers, and wouldnt hesitate to get a set. soon we will be tuning them and getting dyno #'s but it is probably a few months out.

sorry i didnt post up any more info, it was 2am, i was tired and i thought id post up some pics, most poeple havent seen Rockets cams an i thought a photo comparison of them vs S2S1s was cool. I think they are excellent quality, they looked very well made, no burs, or any other marks ive seen from other cam companies (names withheld) . The ramp and the lobes were different, looked like a toda B to me.

My setup is
B18C1 bored to .50 over
PR3 pistons
Decked block .15 Compression 11.76:1
B16 head
AEBS manifold slightly ported by rocket
M22 camshafts and valvesprings/retainers
ANR header
2.5 in exhaust
CTR Pulley
Action CLutch
S1 trans with LSD
FPR, H22 injectors, PW0 ecu with Rocket Motorsports chip.

i have a couple other things, but you get the point. These cams RIP! they made instant power down low, and Vtec screams an pull VERY hard . Im a former Skunk2 owner, an i will never go back. not saying they suck, but im impressed with rockets cams an for the price you cant beat them. I dont know what power yet, im waiting for some money to go dyno, ill be sure to post up #s.

Are the m22s more similar to the skunk stage 2s spec wise?
