Need Torque specs for Front and Rear Strut Tower Bars

I'll be installing my spoon front and rear strut tower bars next week. Can anyone help me on how much I should torque them down?

Tighten it until your arm starts shaking.

I just got my spoon bars a few weeks ago...good choice.

well maybe not that tight

but it doesn't have to be exactly back to assembly spec...

Not too tight, I snapped one of the studs in front :\
