how much would labour be for installation?

if you can change a spark plug, you can install it. It's 3 bolts and a plug from what I remember. Timing it is easy as well if you have a timing light. If you're going to pay someone to do it, I wouldn't pay more than an hours worth of labor since it should only take 30 mins or so.
