the coilovers are set for kyb's i assume? what spring rates are they?

yes the teg ground controls will fit a 5th gen civic. i have a friend with agx's and teg ground controls on his hatch. the teg ground controls have a higher spring rate

 

they should fit most shock applications. it is not specific for only agx shocks
