Am looking @ set on several different sights that are saying 15 - to - 25 hp . Are they worth the price ?

 

by themselves....no....as part of a mild NA buildup w/ other boltons and weight reduction...yes.....

 

what prices are you seeing?

 

Comptechs are juicy. I doubt anything else will you see numbers that high. They make that much power on an acura TL.

 

I think it varies but it is around teh neighborhood of 10+ hp. So far the available headers are:

OBX - Has fitment and resonance issues
Megan - Just heard of them like 2 days ago
Apha Werks - Best ones out of the ebay knockoffs so far
Topspeed - Has fitment issues, nothing major...just need to enlarge holes for the studs
Comptech - Best header so far out but $$$$$$

There are other prototypes out there if you can get your hands on them. I know of Stone headers which were made for a short while and some of the V6 board memebers might have them. I also know of one existing greddy header, at least which he claims. Pics were withheld cuz Greddy asked for no pics of it to be released. The gredddy header guy can be found on http://www.v6p.net.
