jdm distributor???

Is there a difference between the jdm and the usdm distributor for the H22A OBD1?

Yes, the JDM is internal coil whereas the USDM is external coil.

If you are swapping an H22 into your Accord, you will want to use a JDM dist. Accords are wired for internal coil dist.
