drill new speaker holes in door...how do i do that?
why dont you buy the "right" size speakers for your car??
but if you want custom,,, some people get a thin piece of wood and just screw the sucker on there for the rears... but fronts i would guess make a custom bracket out of something to hold it steady.

If you mean you bought true 6.5" speakers to put in your undersized 6.5" holes, go find a good drill and buy a grinding bit. I did the same thing with my car. It takes a lot of time and possibly a second grinding bit, but it can be done. Watch out for window clearance as well, and buy some foam thingies to go behind your speakers. Crutchfield has em for less than $10. If you don't buy those, you risk water damage and shorting out your head unit due to water in the doors. Anywho...to drill teh holes, use a drill and a bit slightly larger than the screws. Use the little flat metal screw thingies that came with the speakers. Other than that, you are on your own. I don't think you could possibly run into more crazy stuff than I already have though.
my 6.5s were hitting the window, but i took the black basket the stock speakers sit in and cut the whole bottom off so that only thing left was the rim (With the 4 screw holes). i then screwed the speaker into this plastic rim (making different holes, and not using the stock mounting holes). this made for a nifty little spacer...and was free and took a whole 5 mins with a hack saw and file
