It's my understanding that the offer has been made to give a refund and that it has not been taken for action.


Rectify this situation either by takeing him up on the offer or calling small claims court and/or BBB.

This issue has a solution in front of it and nothing more.

It's a dead issue and all further attempts to drag this **** out will be deleted and/or lead to you just being plain banned.
