im not sure if this post belongs in here, but just move it if it doesnt.

anyone heard of Turbo Specialities Turbo Kit for the GSR? They sell the complete turbo kit for $2600, brand new w/ the intercooler, TT and BOV. I'll post the link so you guys can check it out.

that downpipe looks like ***. I dont like it save money and get a better kit. You will regret getting it sometime down the road

It looks like a nice version of a junkyard turbo setup...for 2600 you would be better off piecing one together.

piece it together, you will be alot happier in the long run. I almost made this mistake, and bought the greddy kit. Not knocking greddy but I built a full custom setup w/hondata and only overshot the greddy kit budget by $65.
The only part I was pissed about was the first piece I bought was the Greddy intercooler $800. I could of bought a precision intercooler and saved about $200.

Few months ago ran into a Greddy GSR w/hondata. Honestly didn't know he was boosted until he caught up and told me

would i be better off building my own? i know, 2600 sounded too good to be true. i have only about 2600 to spend to mod my car. maybe i should just go NA and build my motor. or maybe look into SC.
