Ok I have a 88 crx with an ls motor. When cold It idles high and goes down for a sec and climbs back up. Once warmed up it doesnt do it anymore and reaches normal idle. what can be the problem..Ive already changed the TW sensor and nothing.

 

this seems to be the case with every honda motor i've ever owned.... and i've had 4. they all did/do what you describe when it is cold, i have no idea why though. it never seemed to be a problem for my cars.

 

my 91si crx did that and it was jsut because it was actually sucking cold air the colder the air the better it will run......as long as it doesnt affect you engine performance i wouldnt worry bout it
