Okay, I read all the posts, and bought the Skunk2 spark-advance chip setup and a master solderer friend and all I have to do is get that darn computer motherboard out of my Civic.

So, I look under the passenger glovebox: nope. Just something about A/C.

So, I look under the carpetting of the passenger side: nope. Just some sound-deadening material, a strange button-thing about the size of a quarter, and underneath the sound-deadening material, metal.

So, I reach underneath and feel around for anything because I can only pry back the carpetting about 2 or 3 feet up to about where the seat starts: more metal and sound-deadening material. No box holding the ECU.

So I wonder to myself.. "Self? Where would the ECU be?" I feel the carpet under the seat and try to find where the computer would be. No luck. Sigh.

So.. anyone got any ideas?
