oil in radiator but not in oil

oil in radiator but not in oil
i have oil in my radiator resivoir an my car has been overheating ?is that a cracked head? the car runs good until it gets hot or warms up then runs reel ruff?how can i have oil in radiator an not in oil pan? thanks for your help?

if u only had oil in radiator and none in ur oil pan your engine would have gone a long time ago, oil in rad could be blown headgasket
