question about torque specs on 94+ GSR motors..

any website to find all the torque specs on the GSR motor?
i bought the longblock and the tranny separate and i need torque specs on flywheel, clutch and pp and etc..
let me know if u guys can help me out..

I always torque B18Cx flywheels to 80 with locktite and PP to 23
