Slippin and cant get up
Alright, i got a 91 crx dx and i know that my clutch has to be on its way out. Each gear starts to slip as soon as i push the car over 3,000rpm. Really sux to deal with and its not getting any better. What i want to ask is if there is anything i can do to prolong the clutch just for another month or so until i can pull it out of commission for the winter for it to go under the knife. I dont want to put a new clutch in only to run it for a couple more months and then pull it all out of the car again and never use it again. Any info will help alot.
There is no way around something like this man.
If you need a clutch then you need a clutch nothing u gonna do will make it last longer.....well unless you don't drive it of cause.
Look at it this way, if you fix it now then you don't have to worry about it later.

you can adjust it as far as it will go it will give u a lil extra life out of it i did that to mine when it was going i got it to last for a little while long when i changed it the clutch disk was half way through the rivits on it
