Default vtek on or off??

i have a 92 cx.did a full d16z6 swap not sure if vtek is working or not...no check engine lite.. what dose dat mean??

v t e c is not as pronounced as a dohc. if there is no check engine light, chances are you are ok.

dont you feel the great powa of VTEC?? it should hit you around 5 k RPMs... can notice the great power? and how ******* hard it pulls? ROFL

take out your filter in your airbox real quick, then im pretty sure you will hear something, then place it back in

OK with a SOHC it is very hard to hear VTEC. On my D16Y8 with stock tach it kicks in at 5400 RPM's.

little trick......clean out the filter in the solenoid and u may hear it a lil more clearly

on a stock single cam you wont hear vtec or feel it, get an intake, maybe an intake mani and with exhaust vtec will scream, not as loud as a dual cam though

yeah i got aem cold are 2 1/4 pipeing and muffler but cant tell.. one of my hommies got a si he put a intake and u could hella hear it.. so i donno maybe my muffler it too loud?
