Default fuel management advice

I have a 90 ex and a 94 lx. i have been working on my 90 for a yr now and its time for the turbo. I was considering the dsm mani but i really like to just buy new. I guess i would need a second opinion. Also would the t-25 be a good turbo or would the new gt series be a better choice? I have some cash but not alot that i wanna dish out. Oh ya after i get some advice on that, i need to know what size injectors and where can i get a hondata? I really appreciate the help on this website and cant wait to get some advice. And yes i have been searching for the past few months on this topic:::I also want to keep stock internals..and want maybe 8 psi cuz i think 10 would push it a little although only 130k on the engine and always stored every winter since new. I hope to hear from ya guys..Thanks alot!!!!

run a compression and leak down test on the motor. this will tell you the condition of the internals of the motor. if everything checks out fine, continue on with the turbo setup.

check the classifieds forum for hondata

i'm taking a guess at how much power you want, but DSM 450 injectors should be good enough.

a t25 will probably be just fine as well, although i personally prefer externally wastegated turbos.

PSI is irrevelant. 10psi on a small turbo is not the same as 10psi on a larger turbo. it's not about how much psi can the motor take, it's how much POWER can the motor handle. how much power the motor can handle matters GREATLY on TUNING. a well tuned motor pushing out 275whp will last longer than a poorly tuned motor pushing out 200whp. find a good tuner and set some power goals.

what external setups are out there?? I mean i do need a direction to be guided in cuz i never beat on the car. and it does run fine. I am just trying to find the right package for my car..or lets say the most bang for my buck. I mean if you have any suggestions im great..I mean maybe there is a few things i have to change on the engine but im looking to have some heavier pull than what i have now. I guess I want to just get all I need and buy it for a good deal

walbro high flow in-tank fuel pump...you can run DSM injectors or shell out the $250 ~ $300 for RC injectors (depending on the horsepower goal....you should be find with 330's...440's might be puching it)...and basically a nice fuel management system...sure im missing something...
