Default Is it worth it?

Hey everyone im looking at a 95 gsr thats been all done up. Im negociating the price on the car but i wanna know whats fare to pay for it... I wanna be fair to him and i wanna be fair to myself. Its got......
b18c5 JDM Type R motor, tranny, ecu
enkei wheels
tein springs with stock shocks
momo steering wheel
rsx type s seats
type r rear seat
type r shift ****
exedy clutch flywheel, press plate and t/o bearing
hks intake
mugen strut bar
spoon throttle body
type r front end conversion
mugen carbon fiber hood
dc sports exhaust
thats the majority of the good stuff
now heres were it gets interesting......
about six months ago he blew the motor, over reved and swallowed a valve.
so he got...........
molly oversized pistons
bored the stock sleeves
new mugen valve cover
got a brand new in the box ITR head
now what is the car worth if i have to put it all togeather considering i have to buy a gasket set for it and i gotta buy retainers and valve springs a header and the cooler for the power steering.
The car had a salvaged title in another state and its been in one accident since i know the car. Car fax says no accidents.

What does everyone think i should pay as a fair price?
Here are some pics the way it sits.

I hope u are not serious about this.
NOTHING original and horrible paint scheme!
Too much mix and match so it can be a walking time bomb.
IMO, I can't even think of a price as a 95 GSR at book value.

i don't even think its worth buying the engine out of it, it seems like its been abused pretty heavily. maybe you'd like to buy a car with mods, but personally i see it as a huge risk- after being wrecked and having the engine blown once who knows how reliable it is...in the end it will probably give you more problems and headaches.

if its stamped b18c5, its not a jdm motor. so if he's lying about that, it makes you wonder if he's lying about anything else. for all the reasons the other people before me said, don't buy it.

It's pretty obvious that the car has been beat on reasonably hard, without actually seeing it in person, of course. I just don't think it's worth the gamble you're taking. It'd be worth it to me, assuming you get a good price (?) to use as a project car. Just keep in mind that a lot of things will be wearing out soon as the car is approaching being 10 years old. Hoses, vacuum lines, radiator possibly, and all that before even mentioning that it's a salvage title...with a recent unreported accident? I'd say lowball the hell out of it and offer him $6000

ye gods i second that! whoever ruined that car should be flogged!

and does it come without a bumper?

edit: i'm sorry, but that car's just friggin hilarious. no matter how (dubiously) well it might perform, i don't think i could take anyone who owned it seriously. if by some strange chance the car became mine, i'd only drive it at night, and even then i'd have to sneak in and out of it for fear of being seen with it.

really, not to be a dick, but the first word that came to mind when i saw it was "eww", like i had just been covered in a mixture of friction modifier and ferret ****.

don't buy it.
