I am the 4th owner of my ITR and the warranty is over. Can I just call up Acura and obtain the warranty history of the car even though my warranty is over and I am not the original owner?

Yeah, as long as you provide your VIN# & insurance to verify your owner status it shouldn't be a problem.

Len *might* has access to it. But, he's in parts. I know TJ (ex-ITR owner) definitely can tap it as a service advisor, but he no longer posts on H-T.
