Will a 5th gen Type SH exhaust fit a non SH?

I have a dual dtm DC sport exhaust from my Type SH for sale. Someone is interested in the exhaust but we do not know if it will fit the base model as well...?

It will fit with a little modification done to the piping

My friend with a 99 lude (non-sh) had it done to his Apexi WRS exhaust. He said it was nothing major, just a bit where the pipes were. It cost him $40 at our local exhaust shop.

I'll ask him EXACTLY what was done.
