If you don't want a header to hang low with a 2.5" collector, I would say a Toda header.

My Maxim Works header has amazing ground clearance, much more so than the Toda.

wait wait..are you looking for 4-1 system? or 4-2-1....im using 4-1 with gsr swap yes it hangs but aint that bad...like someone mentioned earlier AN_R make good ground clearance header....true they make good power too..but the budget is your

if you're running 4-2-1 (as far as i know, 4-2-1 have a much better ground clearance than 4-1 does, so if you are planning to use 4-2-1 i dont think you will have any problem, unless you drop your car madly)

scrapped or not all come to how you drive....drive like crazy....anything can be scraped up man..

what 4-2-1 header would you recommend and are there any particular sites with good prices on honda performance parts? thanks. also do you know how much a 2.5 diameter custom exhaust would run me just a rough estimate. my hours at work prevent me from really calling a shop to ask. i am just trying to decide whether a custom exhaust would be cheaper to go then one thats already built.

4-2-1 header for the price of 200-300 DC sports will be the best to go with, but DC sport 4-2-1 doesn't offer collector of 2.5" i sure it's 2.25" so if you get 2.5" exhaust it wouldn't fit in perfect...you might need to go some modification if you like it this way.

for site...i dont know...ebay seems to have the cheapest price...oh stuffs so i would go for it...

my custom from muffler shop 2.5" from header down is 180bucks mandrel bend...some place do it for the price in range of 140-180...they will do all the material for you welding, flanges, bending, gaskets, ...most muffler shop doesn't mandrel bend so you gotta look for one close to you. make sure you got everything ready for them to do the welding..such as catalytic converter, resonator, muffler...header

well you can check out the cat back system...most prolly worth around 450 to 600 bucks...for my civic 95...they didn't offer 2.5" so i have to go with custom piping....

i bought use Greddy muffler evo2 from a friend 100bucks + 180 piping + 100 (cat + resonator) +50bucks from some other labor work...so

well i would recommend you go with cat back exhaust system...to reduce your time tension...they are stainless too...just make sure taht you got all the pipin in constance size...2.5" all the way...or 2.25 all the way

oh please man...10hp over DC JDM....i have no way to believe unless you give me a solid dyno prove man.....comptech header + comptech cold air box + comptech exhaust can barely get 148whp on stock b16a2 (stock runing 160)

im not saying toda sux...they are good...but you might you're over rated its gain

here's my old b16a2 with the same setup:

158whp (the numbers on the graph is flywheel hp)

148 on stock b16 ? Wow..Well that's 10 below my dyno right there

I will try and get a scan of my JDM ITR dyno and post it up.

hmm i dont think i'll really need a resonator, all i will need is a cat and muffler so i could go ahead purchase those online and just get custom piping.
