Default Anyone have LSD on their cable tranny?

I just installed a JDM S1 w/ Kaaz LSD. It runs fine on a straight line but makes a noise on turns. Anyone have a clue what's going on?

-The person who sold me the tranny (Kbizasss) swares that the LSD is brand new and that is had no previous problems. He also mentioned that it needs a special Kaaz Oil since the LSD is still new.

-Has anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestions?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks

I read somewhere online that Kaaz LSDs are known to make noise during slow speed driving situations, such as parking lots, when they are brand new and if not broken in correctly. Since yours is still new, you should follow the steps below to break it in.

Thanks for the tip bro, I called Kaaz and the guy explained the break-in procedure.

I have the same tranny with a Kaaz LSD. Its been thoroughly broken in so it doesnt really make any noise... only once in a while my tires make a skidding sound when going slow. I beleive that Kaaz reccomends you only use their oil but i have some Motul that is supposed to work just as good, couple thousand miles and ill find out i guess.

I used GL5 80W90 + Ford LSD Friction Modifier and it took care of the problem. You can't even hear it anymore...

The LSD noise is gone, but now 3rd and 4th gears are grinding. I've replaced the oil (again) w/ 10W40 motor oil plus LSD friction modifier and the grinding continues. Anyone know what I should do/try? My next step would be to replace the syncros, I can't think of anything else. I've changed the oil 3 times already...
