Oil Pressure gauge quick question?

B18c1...

having trouble with my oil pressure so would like to install an autometer oil pressure gauge,what size shoudl i go with, 1-100 lbs or 100-300 lbs?

I have never seen more than 85-90psi out of my gauge.
