its a wonderful thing going from no sway to the ST unit....after going on 7 years sway-less, one of which this bar was sitting in the house hehe
of course, the car now does not push, especially under throttle/ when speed is increasing around turns. Seems like turn in is nice and flat vs. before, however, it really shines at speed.
I recommend it, and also, i find that you do not have to purchase the beaks tie bar spacers things; i have a friends with the DC lower tie bar and no issues and i've got this vintage neuspeed bar w/ no issues. I use just the regular beaks kit to (hopefully) keep my SF from tearing- supposedly helps that i have 450lb rears

well, i think the st is pretty nice, considering the price and easy of installation. i do also recommend the beaks kit, however, you also might want to make things really easy for yourself and jsut get the whole beaks rear sway kit with the ITR rear bar. a little pricey, but, all from one guy and wil is easy.

My Progress bar was $160 shipped from Tires.com. You don't need the Beaks kit with this bar either.
They don't get much cheaper than that.

yeah you know, i looked at the plates for the ST bar and it seems they distribute the stress about a wide surface area, however...i figured there is something magical about the beaks kit and it's standing away from the subframe that would lend to it being safer, so i got it...the plates for the ST bar are pretty wide tho so who knows...
