Is the Mugen exhaust manifold the JDM piece with the 2.5" collector?

 

Yes, it's Japanese spec 2.5inch at the collector. I don't deal with modified parts normally only OEM items direct from manufactures in Japan.

will the spoon rear strut bar give me more oversteer? my other option would be a mugen sway bar. but the price difference is tempting me.

itr501-I have the spoon rear strut bar on my R and it didn't give me any oversteer just made the rear feel tighter and lessened the light feeling you get in the rear when braking hard into esses type turn or chicane which tends to make the rear come around on you unless your quick enough to catch it.
