Default Will this cam / valve spring combo work?

I asked this question in a previous thread I started - however the question was off topic of what the thread started as so I figured I should probably start a new thread.

This is for a B18A Turbo set up with plans of 26-30 PSI

I have JG's SINGLE competition valve springs and titanium retainers. . .

I want to run the run the crower 64204t cam, and I don't know if the extra lift will be too much for single valve springs. . . and unfortunately I have had NO LUCK getting ahold of ANYONE at JG. I have tried contacting them for a week now daily with messages, emails, phone calls - no answer ever. . . . all I want it to ask them what the max lift for their single competiton valve springs is. Anyways

The lift on the stock cam is .395 / .380 and on the crower cam .469 / .469

The JG springs stand about 1/2 inch taller than the factory springs, and are MUCH harder to compress, but I don't want to risk it - I'd like some expert, or at least advanced opinions as I am pretty new to valvetrain modifications.

Thank you in advance for your opinions!
