Default ipod easy to add to a stock head unit ???

Have a 1997 Honda Civic with a stock head unit and cassett tape player. I was thinking of adding an ipod and was wondering if anyone has installed one. Any tips, advice or experiences would be appreciated.

The only way you're going to interface with that cassette player is if you get a tape adapter or a wireless fm modulator. Both plug into the headphone jack on the iPod, and transmit the sound into the deck.

go the cassette adaptor route, I am hearing nothing good about the FM Modulator....
apple makes a specific iPOD adaptor and can be purchased in most BestBuy, Circuit City etc etc....

they have FM transmitters too that broadcast ur iPod over the radio, but if ur serious about quality and want to drop some $$$ Alpine is releasing a new iPod adapter for their head units may want to look at that. Or even see if u can pull the iPod stuff from a new BMW and mate it with honda somehow :S

just saw this on another thread http://www.mp3yourcar.com/ looks like the way for you to go.
