grindin in 3rd and 5th gear help!

grindin in 3rd and 5th gear help!
in high rpm im grinding my gear do i need a whole new tranny or is there something i can do thats cost effective? its in 3rd and mostly 5th and when i take it out of gear while im in 5th and put it back in it grinds like hell. if it helps i got a 90 crx si

Got a couple bad syncros. If you know what you are doing you can do it yourself pretty cheap. If not you might want to just look for another tranny.
