i have a built b16, and im looking to get a header that will give me good power and decent torque. i dont know whether to just go all out and get a toda or comptech, or just go with a jdm type-r header.

my question is, will a type-r header make my torque and low end power go to ****?
will i see good gains with a type-r header with my set-up?

b16--ctr pistons, skunk2 stage 1's, hondata, type-r manifold, 64mm throttle body

well if u gonna go with a toda or Comptech you might as well get a AN-R header. I got mine and i love it. way better than my JDM DC 4-1.
