Default Brass T fitting broke off in block!!

I was investigating an oil leak and i found it was coming from the brass T fitting for my oil pressure and vtec line, i went to see if it was loose and it came off, broke the threaded part off flush with the hole in the back of the block, so i tried to get the broke off piece out and i cant. Anyone else have a problem like this?

get it out and do yourself a favor and do it right.....run a line from the stock oil press. sensor loc. to a distribution block on the firewall.
