Okay I have a quick question...I just bought a 95 Integra and the guy I bought it from has put a different steering wheel in the car...not sure of the brand but its like a jdm steering wheel...Kinda like the Mugen FG-360 but with out the center cap the the buttons up top. When he installed it, he removed the cruise control and the thing that automatically turns the turn signal off when you turn the wheel...cant remember the word for it off of the top of my head. I really am not feelin the steering wheel b/c the center piece is not there and it just dosent feel right. My question is this...if I were to buy a jdm honda type r steering wheel, in order to install it, would I just need to remove the old one and slap the type r one on there or is there anything that I would need to do to make it fit. If anyone could help me here it would be great! Thanks!

Your SRS air bags will not plug in.
Other than that it just bolts right in.
Might be easier if you had the JDM SRS cable reel.

Humm...great piece of info...I didnt think they had a air bag...So if I wanted to put the air bag back on the car, I could get a jdm type r steering wheel and get the jdm srs cable reel and plug it up to my usdm srs module and I would be done? what about reinstalling the cruise control on the steering wheel and the thing that makes the turn signal turn off automatically when I turn the wheel...what all would i have to do? thanks again. Oh yeah, where can i get a jdm type r steering wheel with a air bag? Best place to get them for the best price?

buy mine
buy mine
You can buy a new one here: http://www.inlinefour.com/jdm98specitr.html, but i'd suggest saving $1000 and buying a used one in good condition.. just ask for pix of the actual steering wheel. You can get a used one here for $499: http://www.passwordjdm.com/pro...tails Used ones aren't going to be beat or torn.. but like mine, the red stitching on the lower part of the steering wheel might be a little faded from the sunlight.
