my friend swears that s2000 comes optional 6 cylinder...is this true...i told him it wasnt but i just wanna make sure

 

It's a $150 upgrade, they use the Accord motor with a RWD conversion.

There is no such thing as a $150 accord engine upgrade.

2.0 6 speed 4 cyl for the 00-03

2.2 6 speed 4 cyl for the 04-05

The S2000 in known for having the fastest NA 4cyl in the world, not a 6, or a 5cyl.

correction......not the fastest, but the most horsepower per litre (120 per)

Your buddy's an idiot. Find an S2000 owner to give him a ride in one.

Then have him pop the hood and count how many cylinders there are.

it doesn't really matter either way since the Mazda is a rotary engine.

 

yes the s2000 performs like it does hava a v6, but it never had one.

 

The only V6 RWD Roadster offered from Japan was the RX-7

Its hot too, my friend has one with JDM cams

 

you guys are all wrong, the s2000 has an inline 7 cylinder engine, that's why the center console is so high!

 

you guys are all forgetting that if you do the secret handshake, they'll drop in the optional Honda V10 straight from their F1 car. No warranty though, but you'll have fun for a weekend or two before it goes
