I notice when i was installing my new Ground Control Coilovers that all my bolts and studs and all over the brake area its all rusty....with hand tools i can only install the front the rear is much more worst like the car was in water...its prolly the salty air in HUNTINGTON BEACH CA...but is there any chemical or stuff i can buy beside WD40 that can loosen and take rust out?

 

PB Blaster? Liquid Wrench?

Sounds like your car came from the east coast. Be very careful taking the rears off youll have a good chance of breaking the bolt.
