Default SRS in an EF?

Is there anyone out there that's installed an SRS system from a later civic/integra/whatever into their EF? Would this be possible?

all the wiring and sensors and the computer...have u seen how much just the airbag itself cost...... Its not worth it too me but can be done.... </TD></TR></TABLE>

If it coiuld be done it wouldnt be safe, they put alot of thought and desighn into placement, size and how the eject so by puting some in a car not desighned for it you better hire a team of airbag desighners to come up with a perfect set for your specific car.

if your that worried abotu safety I think you need to look into a new car other that a CRX/ ED civic. I dont think this has ever been done and I dont know why you would want to do it but IMO a roll cage would save you before air bags would.

this is very, very true. go to http://www.wreckedexotics.com/ and see what good airbags would have done in some of these collisions.

Good luck getting a hold of an air bag, they can't be shipped and your not just gonna walk into a store and buy one. The swap would cost way to much.
