I am new to the jersey area and I have heard that most things are illegal that involve tuning the car. Like the turbos and the ride height, I figure it is all **** but I am wondering if anyone here is from the jersey area and knows the laws, thanks in advance.

I know that here in ND your license plate has to be a certain height above the ground. Not that the cops here really care about that, but it is a law.
