Default Interior work on the accord =)

Well, my old carpet was just not crackin, after 150,000 miles the carpet was just full of stains and when i took out the center console, i almost gagged, nastiest **** ever, so it was time for a new carpet, decided to go with a dark *** gray carpet. I also decided to paint some of the gray trim pieces OEM black to better match the black leather interior that I had put in last month.

Before, with seats and center console out:

Car with no carpet:

All finished, the white arrows mark some of the pieces I painted black, basically did the little door insert on all 4 doors and the sides of the bottom of the seats so they didnt stand out so much against the black leather:

took me about 8 phuqqin hours, and I will never ever attempt to do this **** again, but GAWD DAMN was it worth it

thanks man, ya, i'm also not a big fan of people painting their interiors, but heres what it looked like before

as you can see the gray didnt really blend well with the black leather seats and door inserts, so by painting them black it REALLY made the interior flow better

Who'd you buy your carpet from? Are you pleased with the fitment? What did you use to secure it under the doorsills?

got it from http://www.1Aauto.com fitment was good, but thy dont precut the holes for you or cut out the space for ur center console, so I found that to be a major bitch, to secure the carpet on the edges i just used some double sided tape, i know its not the strongest stuff but itll work for now until i find somin better
