Default Anyone ever messed with the code from an EX coupe?

I got a 94' EX coupe about a year and a half ago, and i took out the stock radio from that one and then i put in a CD player. Well just recently i bought a project EF and the radio in there was pretty junk, so i was just gonna put in my old one from the EX temporarily. Everything plugs in and it's goin smooth but then when i turn it on it just says CODE on the radio. So i'm thinkin i have to enter in a such and such digit code to give me access to use it, but wtf should i do? can i talk to honda and give them VIN# for my EX and they can hook me up with code or just say that i'm fucked?

thanks, i'd be greatfull. i just don't see why honda would put a code on a tape player/radio, but this is back in the day i guess when a CD player was barely out at all.

OMG, I am glad I came across this. I got this cheap tape player from my cousin but he lost the security code.

Can you help me out too?
