Default 89 DX Hatch, Blew ZC, Putting SOHC VTEC, What ECU? ? ? Will current PG7 work

wut up honda tech.
this was my set up.
89 hatch dx
dohc zc swap, stock dx tranny

the zc motor is blown now, so i have a d16z6 from a 94 ex coupe. now should i get another ecu or will the pg7 i believe it is, it is an integra ecu, will it work well or wut is the best? im using some sort of rpm window switch to activate the vtec.

that should work fine, thats gonna be my setup. this way you can stay obdo, but down the line, u may wanna convert to obd1.

if you plan to stick with the sohc vtec, i suggest you send the odb0 ecu to zdyne. they will make it into a one wire vtec ecu.
